Can I put my logo on the bill?
Eclipse Development offers to have your logo print on all forms that are mailed; Invoices, Letters, Envelopes and other items. Remember all the forms that print will fit in a standard #9 double window envelope, your logo and the addressees address will appear in the windows. This is not an option the user can implement themselves as it requires special formatting and is hard coded into the software. The fee to have your logo added is an additional $75.00.

How should my logo be formatted?
Logos must be in a digital format (scanned and in a graphic format). We do not scan logos from letterhead or business cards. If you do not have your logo scanned you can have it scanned at an office supply store like OfficeMax or Staples. If you use a print service to have letterhead or business cards made you should contact them and see if they have your logo in a computer format. Remember when having your logo scanned tell them it is for print use and must be the best quality available.
Eclipse uses both PC's and Mac's and has many of the available prepress, desktop publishing and graphic editing programs that are on the market. Some of the common graphic formats are the following gif, jpeg, tiff, pict, bmp. Generally we can open 95% of the files sent to us. Send us the file and if we have any problems we will contact you.

How do I send my logo to Eclipse?
Logos must be in a digital format (scanned and in a graphic format). You can send the file to customerservice@eclipse-development.com via email as an attachment or you can mail us the file via 3.5" Disk, Zip Disk or CD.
Please include the following information with your logo. Your name, company name, phone number, the format used (Giff, BMP, Publisher/Word Document, etc.). Please note that no disks, zips or CD's received will be returned. Do not send us your only copy.

Can I add the logo later?
Yes, you can add the logo after you have the software. The cost is $85.00 plus $9.95 S/H.
