You can also email your detailed questions to techsupport@eclipse-development.com . You must include the name of the business, owners name, product name and version number.

How long is the support period?
The support period for Lite products is 30 days from your first contact with support or 90 days for our Pro product line.

Is there a charge for support?
Your initial support period is free of charge. We have been able to offer extended support beyond the guaranteed support period on a complementary basis. Should this change you will be notified.

Is there an 800 number for support?
No, we do not offer an 800 number for support. We feel this undermines a companies ability to offer professional support that customers require because the model of these offerings are to focus on "ditching" the call as quickly as possible when an easy solution is not obtainable. Our support staff will spend all the time necessary to solve your problems.
