How do I setup my email for Outlook Express 6.x?
* NOTE * Items enclosed by {example} will be provided in your account setup email that you have received.
Load Outlook Express 6.x then
Click on Tools then Accounts.
Click Add Then select Mail
Enter your name when asked for Display Name
Enter Your {Email Address}.
Enter your server information:
Your incoming mail server is a POP3 server
Your incoming mail server is: {Incoming Mail Server}
Your Outgoing mail server is: {Outgoing Mail Server}
Enter your {Username} and {Password}:
Click Finish
Next select Properties, next click on the Servers tab
Now click the check mark for My server requires authentication., then click Ok .

Open Outlook Express 5
Click on Tools
Click Accounts
Click the Mail tab
Click Add
Select Mail...
In the Display name: type your name
Click Next
Select I already have an e-mail address
In the E-mail address: field type your {Email Address}
Click Next
At the top of the screen it should read MY incoming mail server is a POP3 server
In the Incoming mail server field type in {Incoming Mail Server}
In the Outgoing mail server: {Outgoing Mail Server}
Click Next
In the Account name type your {Username} then your {Password}:
Click Next
Click Finish
Next select Properties, next click on the Servers tab
Now click the check mark for My server requires authentication., then click Ok .

How do I setup my email for Outlook 2005?

Load Outlook 2005 then
Select Add a new e-mail account
Click Next
Select POP3
Click Next
Enter the following information:
User Information
Your Name: Enter Your Full Name
E-mail Address: enter your {Email Address}
Server Information
Incoming Mail Server: {Incoming Mail Server}
Outgoing Mail Server: {Outgoing Mail Server}
Logon Information
Enter your {Username} and {Password}:
Click Next
Click Finish

How do I setup my email for Netscape Communicator 4.5 and greater?

Load Netscape Communicator then
Select the Edit menu.
Select the Preferences... menu item.
Click once on the + next to Mail and Groups to display the expanded menu (or double click on Mail and Groups).
Click once on the Identity item to display the Identity options.
In the Your name field, type your name.
In the Email address field and the Reply-to address field, type your {email address}
Click once on the Mail Servers item
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field type {Outgoing Mail Server}
In the Outgoing mail server username field type in your {Username}
The radio button named Never should be selected for Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or TLS for outgoing messages.
Click on Add
Server Name: type in {Incoming Mail Server}
Server Type: select POP3
In the Username field type in your {Username}
Select the tab at the top called POP
Make sure there is no tick in the box called Leave messages on Server
Click the OK button

How do I setup my email for Netscape 4.x ?

Load Netscape Communicator then
From the menu bar, click Edit and choose Preferences.
From Mail & Groups click the Identity link.
In the Full Name text box, type your name.
In the E-mail Address text box, type your {Email Address}
From Mail & Groups click the Mail Server link.
In the Mail server username text box, type your {Username}
In the Outgoing mail [SMTP] server text box, type in {Outgoing Mail Server}
In the Incoming Mail Server text box, type in {Incoming Mail Server}
Select POP3
Click the OK button
